Strength meets support in this fun, prop-powered Pilates class! Using balls, bands, weights, and other small props, we’ll explore foundational Pilates exercises in a way that feels accessible, smart, and deeply satisfying. You’ll learn how to move well, how to modify, and how to challenge yourself safely—all while building strength, stability, and confidence.

Great for new students, those returning to movement, or anyone who loves a little extra guidance.

Props are a core part of the method — think Pilates balls, mini bands, hand weights, and the occasional foam roller — with quick mini “workshop moments” to help you learn how to use them with confidence. Expect a supportive environment, smart sequencing, and options to personalize your practice no matter where you’re starting from.
